My ingredient list included the following:
- Chicken (duh)
- carrots
- bell pepper
- onion
- broccoli
- celery
- cabbage
- kale
- sliced water chestnuts
- brown rice
- these sauces (I got them at Harris Teeter) Tanner suggested Mr. Yoshida's, but apparently they don't sell it around here so I had to improvise and it was still delicious!
I first cooked the chicken on a HUGE nonstick pan with the teriyaki sauce, then after the chicken was cooked I removed it and cooked the vegetables with the sauce. After they were finished I added the chicken back in along with some more sauce. I served this dish with brown ride and scallions as a garnish!
I of course couldn't cook without the help of my buddy, Spro.
(Obviously, sitting on my feet while I cooked was the most logical place to be)
